This policy explains what Web Vyapari collects when you use this website, why we collect it, where it is stored and how you can ask us to change or delete it. We keep it short and plain.
What we collect
When you send the free demo form, we collect your name, mobile number, business name, business type, the package you chose (if any) and your message (if any).
When you send the caller application form, we collect your name, mobile number, email, area, current occupation, hours per week and your note (if any).
With every form we also record the time and the page it was sent from. To stop spam, we keep a one-way hashed network address, used only to stop spam, deleted automatically within 24 hours. Your raw IP address is never stored.
The home page stores a small technical flag in your browser's session storage, so the intro animation shows only once per visit. It is cleared when you close the tab.
We do not use cookies, analytics, advertising trackers or any third-party scripts.
Why we collect it
- To reply to your enquiry and prepare your free demo.
- To review caller applications and contact applicants.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated by Cloudflare, Inc. When a form is sent, a notification with the same details is sent to our team through Telegram.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions for 12 months, after which they are deleted automatically. You can ask us to delete them sooner at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell or rent your details. We share them only with the service providers named above, and only to run this website and reply to you.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, or delete them. Email hello@webvyapari.in from any address and tell us which form you used. We answer every request within 30 days.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above. For important changes, we will also add a short notice on the home page.
