These terms apply to every website project Web Vyapari takes on. By confirming a project with us, you agree to them.
Services and quotes
We design, build and maintain websites and online stores for small businesses. Each project follows the package you choose, or a written quote for custom work. Anything outside the package or quote is quoted separately before we start it.
Free demo
Before you pay anything, we make a free demo of your home page. There is no obligation. If you do not like it, you can walk away and owe nothing.
Payment
You pay 50% of the one-time price as an advance after you approve the free demo, and the remaining 50% before launch. The monthly maintenance fee starts from the month your site goes live.
Design approval
Design approval happens during Build and review, when you confirm the final page design in writing (WhatsApp or email is fine). It is a later milestone than demo approval, which comes before the advance.
Timeline
A typical project takes 7–14 days. This depends on you sending your content (logo, photos, text, products and prices) on time and replying to our review links. Delays in content move the launch date by the same amount.
Your content
You provide the content for your website and confirm that you have the right to use it, including photos, logos and text.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name. After full payment, you own your content and the final website.
Third-party costs
Costs charged by other companies, such as domain registration and renewal or payment gateway fees, are paid by you.
Maintenance
Maintenance is billed monthly and covers hosting, security updates, backups and small text or photo edits. You can cancel it with 30 days' notice.
Portfolio
We may show your website in our portfolio. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will leave it out.
Liability
Our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts in Delhi.
