Refund Policy

The free demo costs nothing, so you only pay once you have seen your demo and want to go ahead. The advance (50% of the one-time price) is refunded according to the stage your project has reached when you cancel.
Refunds by project stage
- Before design approval: full refund of the advance. This covers cancelling after paying the advance but before you confirm the final design during Build and review (see design approval in our Terms).
- After design approval, before launch: 50% of the advance is refunded.
- After launch: no refund.
Maintenance
Monthly maintenance already paid for the current month is not refunded. If you cancel maintenance, it stops at the end of the notice period.
Third-party fees
Fees paid to other companies, such as domain registration or payment gateway charges, are non-refundable.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 working days of your cancellation being confirmed.
How to ask for a refund
Email hello@webvyapari.in with your name and business name. We will confirm the project stage and the refund amount in writing.
